Take the Alampi Leadership Assessment

Great leaders are always seeking new resources that will provide creative opportunities and innovative methods to enhance their potential, both professionally and personally. The most successful also understand the value of assessing their own performance against their past performance as well as against other CEO/Leaders.

In executive circles there are very few sources for CEO/Leaders to turn to self-assess that provide critical, confidential, and actionable insights that specifically pinpoint, rank, and relate the business functions that may demonstrate room for improvement. No CEO/Leader is great at everything. Wise leaders will identify critical weaknesses and seek coaching from a trusted resource that can identify and relay the “brutal facts” as described by well-known business advisor Jim Collins.

After speaking to, working with and advising thousands of CEO/Leaders and executives over the past 30 years, it has become apparent to me that there are three really tough issues that typically affect the execution and profitable growth of an entrepreneurial company. One is about people; one is about process and the third is about culture.

My team has compiled data from many sources and created the concise Alampi Leadership Assessment, a new and exciting business management tool. The Assessment identifies and quantifies some of the major warning signs and measures how a CEO/Leader and his/her company are addressing these challenges. The following Field Guide will help Advisors analyze the data and help leaders create successful action plans.

The results of the Assessment provide CEO/Leaders with individual data as well as comparative data correlating his/her performance to all CEO/Leaders who have taken the Assessment, and all CEO/Leaders of similar size organizations who have completed the Assessment. Finally, the summarized Assessment provides a powerful diagnostic tool for a business advisor (an “Advisor”) to define and then focus on specific areas with a CEO/Leader in an engagement.

This ALA is organized into the three categories (people, process and culture), and then into 7 key issues in each category. Each of the 21 key issue questions are specifically designed to reveal strengths, weaknesses, and interactions/repercussions. Advisors are trained to interpret data interactions and are provided exclusive reference materials created specifically to provide superior and intuitive insights of results.
